As an Avery Dennison GOLD associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work in one or more of our Apparel Solutions business locations around the world. You’ll be exposed to different cultures, industries and business practices.
Within two 12-month rotations, GOLD Associates will complete:
- Rotations in different functions and locations.
- Lean Immersion (ELS) training and onboarding during your first year. A three-week program of intensive leadership development along with Lean Sigma & finance training and hands-on experience at one of our manufacturing sites.
- Continued training and learning opportunities in your second rotation at Action Learning, a highly interactive week-long training focused on communication, advanced leadership development, and rapid problem-solving.
- Participation, co-facilitation, and leading Kaizen events.
- Business-critical roles around the globe, including Plant Manager, Project Manager, and Commercial Finance Manager.
What are we looking for:
- Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business management, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (US only)
- Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
