I'm interested in several streams and/or locations. Should I apply separately for each?

During the application process, you can indicate your interests in terms of stream & locations via the screening questions or a message to the recruiting team. We'll consider you for all of the streams & locations of interest, so just submit one application for your top choice.

 

What kind of training do you offer during the program?

Over the course of the 2-year program, you will follow a training curriculum with training sessions focusing on leadership development or functional training. Our training approach follows the 70-20-10 model. 70% of your training will be experiential, meaning that it will be hands-on or on-the-job training. 20% of your training will be through social learning, such as through mentoring and feedback. The remaining 10% will be acquired through formal education. These trainings will help you to develop the skills and confidence to ask the questions that create new opportunities, spark innovation or redefine what is possible.

 

Do I get any support with relocation?

Yes! If you move more than 100km for your assignment, we offer relocation support.

 

Where could I be based during the program?

The sites usually offering assignments during the program are located in:

  • Champ-sur-Drac (France) - Production Site
  • Soignies (Belgium) - Production Site
  • Turnhout (Belgium) - Production Site
  • Rodange (Luxembourg) - Production Site
  • Gotha (Germany) - Production Site
  • Kreuzlingen (Switzerland) - Production Site
  • Cramlington (UK) - Production Site
  • Cadorago (Italy) - Distribution Center
  • Oegstgeest (The Netherlands) - European Headquarter (Office & R&D)
  • Schwelm (Germany) - Office

 

How do the rotations work? Can I have a say in my assignments?

We know everyone's different, so there is no “one size fits all”. This is why we do not set up a fixed schedule for the whole duration of the program before you start. You'll learn about your first rotation when you receive an offer. The next assignment is then confirmed around 3-4 months before moving to the second rotation. Details per stream can be found below:

 

Operations / Manufacturing:

  • Two 12-month rotations, which are spent in 2 different production sites / Distribution Centers across Europe.
  • For the 2nd rotation, you will receive an overview on available roles / assignments and get the chance to indicate your preferences. 

Supply Chain, Data Science:

  • Two 12-month rotations, which can take place in one or in different production sites / Distribution Centers across Europe depending on business needs.
  • For the 2nd rotation, the function leaders will discuss with you potential assignments available within the function.

Sales:

  • Two 12-month rotations, which can take place in one location or in different European locations (European Headquarter / Office / Productions Sites / Distribution Centers) depending on business needs.
  • For the 2nd rotation, the function leaders will discuss with you potential assignments available within the respective function.

R&D, Commercial:

  • Two 12-month rotations, which usually take place in our European Headquarter in the Netherlands.
  • For the 2nd rotation, the function leaders will discuss with you potential assignments available within the respective function.

Finance:

  • During the whole program, you will be based in our European Headquarter in the Netherlands.
  • For the 2nd rotation, the function leaders will discuss with you potential assignments available within the respective function.
